Only a sliver of non-profits across the country plan to increase hiring in the next 6 months, and half anticipate reducing employee bonuses.
That's according to a report released by Grant Thornton International Ltd., which surveyed 846 CFOs and senior comptrollers from public and private companies, of which 53 worked for non-profits.
Of the non-profit executives surveyed, 11 percent said their organizations plan to increase hiring in the next 6 months and 51 percent said they plan to reduce bonuses. 64 percent expect their headcounts to remain the same.
