West Virginia Insurance Commissioner Jane Cline, who has abackground as a state government official and consultant, has beenelected the National Association of Insurance Commissionerspresident for 2010.
Ms. Cline was appointed insurance commissioner by West VirginiaDemocratic Gov. Bob Wise in 2001. Prior to her appointment ascommissioner, Ms. Cline operated a government consulting firm, JaneL. Cline & Associates.
