The Securus Group and The Dunlop Agency have merged in a move that is aimed at bolstering its market share in the Lehigh Valley and South Central regions of Pennsylvania.
The merged agency, known as The Securus Dunlop Group, is headquartered in Lancaster, Pa., with a second office in Wyomissing, Pa.
Ray Shirk, president and chief executive officer of The Securus Dunlop Group said that "Together our companies will be able to expand our insurance, employee benefits, bonding, third party administration and financial services network. This partnership affords our businesses additional leverage serving our respective clients, offering a wider variety of products and services and reinforcing our commitment in our local communities."
