Micaela Isler, has joined Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, asregional manager, state government relations. Isler will cover theSoutheast Atlantic region which includes the District of Columbia,Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee andVirginia.

Prior to joining PCI, Isler served as vice president, governmentrelations for HSBC-North America in Atlanta and Washington, D.C.,where she developed strategic initiatives to maintain favorableoutcomes for corporate operations on foreclosure avoidanceprograms, privacy, mortgage loan originator licensing and otherissues. Micaela also served as political affairs director at HSBC,where she managed state and federal political operations, includingPAC management, grassroots and issue advocacy, election analysis,legal compliance and candidate fundraising.
