The Chubb Group of Insurance Com-panies has introduced a paper-free solution that changes the way independent insurance agents can access electronic versions of their commercial-lines customers' policies and related documents. Chubb Commercial PaperFree is available to agents using either of the agency management systems offered by vendors Applied Systems and Vertafore. 
“Chubb Commercial PaperFree helps agents get the job done more efficiently by giving them electronic access to their commercial customers' policy documents 24/7 within their own agency management system,” says Dawna Yont, assistant vice president and branch services manager for Chubb. “There's no more logging onto a Web site or requesting a paper reprint. This new program helps agents save time and keep a lid on expenses, and it reduces both Chubb's and the agency's carbon footprint.”
Previously, independent agents received a paper copy of the documents through the mail or accessed a copy via Chubb's Web site. Documents then were scanned into the agency's management system.
