AlphaStaff Group Inc., has come to an agreement withSelective Insurance Group Inc., to acquire itssubsidiary, Selective HR Solutions Inc.
AlphaStaff offers services that focuses on human resources,including HR administration and consulting, benefitsadministration, workers' compensation coverage/safety management,payroll and integrated technology solutions and taxadministration.
AlphaStaff will be the only company partnering with theinsurance subsidiaries of Selective Insurance Group Inc. forworkers compensation insurance pursuant to the terms of theagreement.
