PIA Management Services Inc. has promoted Jaye Czupryna to member information manager and added a new employee, Drew Cordes, as member information specialist in its communication department. As member information manager, Czupryna oversees the production of 5, state-specific editions of PIA magazine, as well as a number of other member publications for professional independent insurance agents. She started as PIA's public relations specialist in 2002 and was promoted to senior publications editor in 2007. Czupryna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English communication from Siena College.
As member information specialist, Cordes is responsible for the production of multiple print and electronic member publications, as well as coordinating other member communications via variety of media. Prior to joining PIA, Cordes worked as a copy editor and columnist for The Post-Star in Glens Falls, N.Y. Cordes earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Vassar College in 2004.
