Mitchell International, Inc., a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions to the property/casualty claims and collision repair industries, announced it has completed the purchase of Scene Genesis.
Scene Genesis is a Web-based workflow and connectivity solutions provider dedicated to improving the claims handling process for insurers and independent appraisers. Among the Scene Genesis solutions are SceneExchange, which creates a Web-based marketplace that encourages open communication among all parties involved in the repair process, and SceneAccess, an end-to-end Web-based solution that puts efficient claims handling into action for insurers.
