The EPL program offers underwriting expertise for small and mid-sized businesses and organizations. It provides broad coverage for employment practices "wrongful acts," including coverage for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, constructive discharge, termination, failure to hire and negligent supervision covering full and part time employees, temporary workers, committee members, directors, officers, trustees, committee members and leased or seasonal employees.
