Brother Mobile Solutions, Inc., has launched its mobile solutions channel partner program designed to enable its channel partners to help mobile work force customers become more productive when conducting service or sales in the field. Brother is targeting end users primarily within the key vertical markets of insurance claims and sales, field service, public safety, and route accounting. The role of the program is to enable its channel partners to bolster their businesses that serve these vertical markets and provide solutions with quick ROI to customer organizations of all sizes. “We have seen organizations significantly increase the use of mobile and wireless technology to better serve their customers and enable their workers in the field,” says David Crist, regional vice president of the Brother Mobile & Label Printer group (USA). “Brother saw an opportunity to package its roster of mobile printer solutions and educate customers in select vertical markets on how it can help improve field work force productivity, resulting in improved service profitability and customer service.”
