Brother Mobile Solutions, Inc., has launched its mobilesolutions channel partner program designed to enable its channelpartners to help mobile work force customers become more productivewhen conducting service or sales in the field.
Brother is targeting end users primarily within the key verticalmarkets of insurance claims and sales, field service, publicsafety, and route accounting. The role of the program is to enableits channel partners to bolster their businesses that serve thesevertical markets and provide solutions with quick ROI to customerorganizations of all sizes.
"We have seen organizations significantly increase the use ofmobile and wireless technology to better serve their customers andenable their workers in the field," says David Crist, regional vicepresident of the Brother Mobile & Label Printer group (USA)."Brother saw an opportunity to package its roster of mobile printersolutions and educate customers in select vertical markets on howit can help improve field work force productivity, resulting inimproved service profitability and customer service."


The program offers access to mobile printing, scanning and labelprinter products, and improved lead-generation programs that arecentrally managed and executed by Brother.
