The Economical Insurance Group (TEIG) and Applied Systems Inc. announced a joint venture offering new real-time transactions to improve broker workflows.
TEIG's solution, Rogo, will deliver an account inquiry function to brokers using Applied Systems' The Agency Manger (TAM). WARP, Applied Systems' real-time technology, will deliver the inquiry function, which will be available early this year. Policy and claims inquiries will be available soon after.
Rogo is part of TEIG's Connex Suite, a family of solutions focused on current broker management systems.
