Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. Inc. announced an employment practices endorsement to their real estate E&O policy, which was developed this endorsement in answer to small- and medium-sized real estate firms' growing need for protection in an increasingly complex market.

Schinnerer's current E&O policy provides coverage for third party discrimination claims. With the new endorsement, firms may upgrade their coverage to include both discrimination and employment practices claims including wrongful termination, wrongful discipline, employment-related libel or slander and employment-related misrepresentation.

This endorsement is available to small- and medium-sized real estate firms with a minimum of five staff members. Cost is based on the number of staff. The endorsement is available December 1, 2008, for new and renewal business in Arizona, Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
