Aon Consulting, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., appointed Barry Greenstein has joined the firm as senior vice president in its corporate transactions group, which focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring. Greenstein will focus on serving Aon's private equity clients, with particular emphasis on due diligence and post-close portfolio services.
Previously, Greenstein was senior actuary and principal in Mercer's New York office where he worked with private equity clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in human capital consulting.
Greenstein earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
