ClaimHub Choice eliminates the need to learn multiple claim management platforms so that companies can instead focus on servicing their customers. The new offering from ClaimHub is specifically designed to manage the claim workflow process when the damage estimate is being handled by a trading partner that is not part of the insurance company's vendor network. It enables insurers and their trading partners to dispatch assignments and return work product — estimates, photos, and so on — without logging into any specific claim management application. The user company can therefore gain the value of expanding its trading partner coverage overnight while maintaining a single internal claims platform. According to the company, this provides efficiency gains and improved customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the program can create efficiencies for other insurance-related businesses, such as independent appraisal firms, body shops, and catastrophe adjusters juggling multiple assignments from multiple carriers on multiple claim management platforms.

ClaimHub Choice can be used as a stand-alone product or as a complement to the existing auto physical damage, property and flood claim features currently available in ClaimHub.
