MajescoMastek, the U.S. subsidiary of global IT solutions provider Mastek, has integrated its two insurance-focused technology acquisitions, Systems Task Group (STG) International Ltd. and Vector Insurance Services LLC. These businesses will now operate as MajescoMastek.

The company acquired Vector in July 2007 and STG in March 2008. MajescoMastek will now offer insurance customers an expanded portfolio of solutions and services, new capabilities, and an Insurance Center of Excellence and research and development lab.
