DocuSign announced the latest release of DocuSign, which introduces features to help customers replace the use of paper in contract execution processes with a fully secure electronic transaction.

As a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering, DocuSign's services can be deployed into existing business processes such as sales contract execution, new account openings, HR forms processing and document transaction processing.

Highlights include:

o Real-time eForm data collection with new SecureFields technology
o PowerForms, which are secure DocuSignable PDF forms that can be distributed in any fashion and electronically signed and routed with centralized control
o Bulk Sending with Data Integration, which allows contracts with custom fields and workflow to be sent automatically to thousands of recipients
o Freeform Signing, which allows contracts to be signed by the recipients by dragging and dropping their signature
o Intelligent Document Recognition, which uses AI to recognize contracts and apply the proper workflow
o Expanded Web Services API, which enables businesses to integrate DocuSign into their existing applications
