The Herbert H. Landy Insurance Agency announced its new Real Estate Agents and Brokers E&O Express Program.
Real estate agents and brokers, appraisers, and auctioneers may soon apply online at http://www.landy.com/, pay with a MasterCard or Visa, and receive their policy within a couple of hours. They can qualify for the program by completing a one-page self-rating application.
In addition to the new Real Estate Agents and Brokers Express program, the Landy Agency's Standard Real Estate E&O program now rates firms on revenues and transactions instead of head count.
