Liberty Mutual Agency Markets, a business unit of Liberty Mutual Group, has received The Industry Leadership for Straight Through Processing Award from ACORD for the third consecutive year. It was accepted earlier this week at the ACORD LOMA Insurance Systems Forum held in Las Vegas.

The award recognizes Agency Markets' use of ACORD XML standards and real-time processing to improve workflow and productivity for their appointed agents. All eight regional companies, which include American First Insurance, Colorado Casualty, Golden Eagle Insurance, Indiana Insurance, Liberty Northwest, Montgomery Insurance, Ohio Casualty and Peerless Insurance, added Claims Download and Web site sign-on to their agent portals in 2007.

Agency Markets also added Commercial Property Download (monoline), General Liability Download (monoline) and Commission Data Download, which support data sharing and transactions
