Fireman's Fund has removed liquor receipt restrictions for upscale restaurants because of the growing trend of upscale restaurants offering late-night wine, cocktails and a limited menu.
Focus group research has shown that restaurants with affluent clientele are interested in a full menu of coverage options including nonemployment discrimination, communicable disease expense, food spoilage and data compromise coverage.
Expanded coverage options include food server tips included in business income, business access coverage, crisis management coverage, per location liquor liability aggregate, and wine valuation at menu selling price.
