Itasca, Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it hasacquired RSI of Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Terms of deal were notreleased.
|Founded in 1980, RSI offers employee benefit consulting andbrokerage services that include strategic analysis and plan design,human resource services, benefit outsourcing, retirement planconsulting and employee communications support. They specialize inmiddle market businesses headquartered in New Jersey, New York,Pennsylvania, and northern Delaware ranging in size between 50 and1,000 employees.
|David Friedman, the principal, and his entire team of associateswill continue to operate at their current location under thedirection of David Ziegler, Eastern Regional Executive VicePresident of Gallagher's employee benefit consulting and brokerageoperations.
