The Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority hasrecently released its 2007 Top 13 insurance fraud case list, whichreviews the year's most colorful fraud cases investigated by theIFPA.

The organization reports that their law enforcement units havebeen responsible for more than 3,773 arrests and more than 2,272convictions, and brought 441 individuals to justice for insurancefraud in 2006 alone. The IFPA plans to release the 2007 statisticslater this month.

The 2007 Top 13 list includes fraud cases involving a husbandand wife team, a pizza shop owner, and a deputy sheriff.
