Kroll, the risk consulting subsidiary of New York-based Marsh & McLennan Companies, said it has opened a new office in Grenada to serve clients in the Eastern Caribbean.

The office will be lead by David A. Holukoff, a specialist in offshore banking and financial institution insolvency matters, and Glen E. Harloff, a forensic accountant and former law enforcement officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

In addition to serving local and regional clients, the office will work closely with Kroll's corporate advisory and restructuring affiliates in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.

In addition to Kroll, MMC is the parent company of the insurance brokerage firm Marsh and the reinsurance brokerage firm Guy Carpenter.
