Mitchell International, an information and workflow tools provider for the auto insurance and collision industries, has released the latest additions to their shop management system, ABS Enterprise 7.2 and ABS 8.1.
ABS Enterprise 7.2 boasts real-time job costing and reporting, an internal employee calendar, and a new call-center module to help facilitate call load.
ABS 8.1 offers new features to improve functionality. Mitchell said that ABS 8.1 aims to serve the collision repair market by providing time-saving components such as a new customer payment module and mail-merge features to help streamline processes.
