Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. in Chicago announced it hascompleted four acquisitions. Terms of the deals were notreleased.

The four acquisitions are:

o Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency Inc., a single-officeagency in El Paso, Texas and its subsidiaries.

|

o Dover, N.H.-based The Richardson Group.

|

o The employee benefits division of The Brehm Group Inc. inMinneapolis, Minn.

|

o Technology Insurance Services Inc., a single-office agency inRedwood City, Calif.

|

Rogers & Belding offers business and personal insurance,employee benefits, and risk management and has served customerssince 1933. The agency's professional staff will continue servingcustomers at its current location, Wells Fargo said.

The company said the Richardson Group specializes in sports,entertainment and health club insurance programs and is thepreferred provider of the New England Tire & ServiceAssociation. The agency's staff will continue serving customersfrom Dover, N.H.

The Brehm Group's Employee Benefits Division has been inbusiness since 1974. The agency's staff will eventually relocate toWells Fargo Insurance Services in Bloomington, Minn. CapstoneAdvisors, Brehm's Estate Planning Division, was not affected by theacquisition, Wells Fargo said.

Technology Insurance Services, a Silicon Valley technologyinsurance specialist, has served customers in the greater SanFrancisco Bay Area and across the western United States since thefirm's founding in 1990. The agency's staff has relocated to theRedwood City, Calif., office to become a part of the TechnologyServices Practice.

Wells Fargo Insurance said it has made a total of 12 insuranceagency acquisitions in 2007. It is a subsidiary of SanFrancisco-based Wells Fargo & Company.
