Mitchel Gennaoui has been appointed chief of the New York Insurance Department Consumer Services Bureau and assistant deputy superintendent, it was announced yesterday.

New York State Insurance Superintendent Eric R. Dinallo said Mr. Gennaoui “has been an outstanding member of our department for many years. He provides strong leadership in our Consumer Services Bureau, which has a vital role in protecting the interests of all New York consumers.”
