Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. said it has acquired Rogers& Belding Insurance Agency Inc., a single-office agency in ElPaso, Texas, and its subsidiaries. Terms of the transaction werenot released.
|Rogers & Belding has served customers throughout the Texasregion since 1933. In addition to offering customers business andpersonal insurance, the agency also offers employee benefits andrisk management services. The agency's total of 71 employees willcontinue serving customers from its current location in ElPaso.
|Wells Fargo Insurance Services is a subsidiary of SanFrancisco-based financial services company Wells Fargo &Company.
