Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. said it plans to acquire Rogers & Belding Insurance Agency Inc., a single-office agency in El Paso, Texas. Terms of the deal were not released.
|Rogers & Belding has served customers throughout the Texas region since 1933. The agency offers commercial and personal lines insurance, employee benefits, and risk management services.
|The agency's total of 71 employees and management will continue serving customers from their current location.
