Stephen Kempf, regional director of the Federal EmergencyManagement Agency, is scheduled to address the ProfessionalInsurance Agents of New York State Inc. in January, the groupsaid.
Mr. Kempf is expected to talk on disaster preparedness for theNew York metro region Jan. 24, 2008 at PIANY's first RegionalAwareness program, which will be held in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The session will also offer education sessions for continuingeducation credits on topics including flood insurance and errorsand omissions coverage, PIANY said.
