Sedgwick Claims Management Services has recently launched a new user-managed viaOne alert feature, which will be included in viaOne suite of web-based tools.

The alert will inform Sedgwick clients of changes in claim status in the company’s claim management information system, Juris. According to Sedgwick, the new feature increases the value of claims information for Sedgwick CMS clients by expanding user-defined parameters for notification of new developments affecting individual claims and includes an extensive menu of information tracking points and comprehensive sequencing options.
