At a new upscale outdoor mall in Jacksonville, the latest trend in selling insurance is tucked between a Crispers restaurant and Qdoba Mexican Grill. The store is called Florida Blue. Inside, they're not selling swimwear or the latest in fashion. Rather, they're selling health insurance.

Taking the age of health consumerism to a new level, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida has brought health insurance into the most shopper-friendly of all venues–the local mall.

"It's exceeded even our highest expectations," said Jon Urbanek, vice president of sales operations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida who oversees the store at the St. John's Town Center.
