Willis Group Holdings said Shoji Ohashi has been named the newrepresentative director and chairman of Willis Japan Holdings KK,and Yoshiki Yamamoto is the new director and chief executiveofficer of Willis Japan Holdings KK.
Mr. Ohashi will report to John McDonnell, chairman of the JapanGlobal Practice Group, the company said.
Michael Abbott, the outgoing chairman and managing director ofWillis Japan Holdings KK, is returning to London to take up a newrole within Willis International, it was announced.
