California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner recently announced the arrests of two suspects on charges of arson of property, falsely reporting a crime, and filing fraudulent insurance claims.

The California Department of Insurance Urban Auto Theft Task Force investigations led to the arrests of Jose Tinoco of Sacramento and Fredy Diaz, of Stockton.
