Ark Syndicate Management, a Lloyd's-based underwriting agency, has entered into an agreement with Risk Management Solutions (RMS), a provider of products and services for catastrophe risk management. Ark will license the RiskLink catastrophe modeling platform and the RMS peril models to understand catastrophe risks and accumulations and to report its exposures as it develops a portfolio of insured risks.
Austin Mutual Insurance Company has signed a licensing agreement with ISO for workers' compensation information services solutions for the carrier's expansion into the workers' compensation market. Utica Mutual Insurance Company also has signed an agreement with ISO to provide workers' compensation information services to the carrier.
Prudential has renewed a contract with Antares Management Solutions in which Antares will deliver full business process outsourcing services for Prudential's individual health insurance business through 2017. Antares will continue to assume all administration duties, including claims processing, customer service, premium administration, benefit and policy administration, financial administration and reporting, imaging, and compliance management.
