Mollie Anderson, CPSR, ACRP, was named the 2007 Professional Insurance National Customer Service Representative of the Year during a recent ceremony in Arlington, Virginia. The award was presented by the National Association of PIA and was sponsored by Zurich Insurance Company. Anderson works for Weissman & Association, LLC in Sun Center, Florida.

"This year's recipient of the PIA National CSR of the Year is a consummate professional who epitomizes the attributes of an outstanding customer service representative," said Robert Page, president-elect of the National PIA. "Mollie Anderson exhibits the highest degree of professionalism and involvement both with her clients and her community, and her commitment to excellence."

PIA of Florida CEO Mark O'Connell likewise praised Anderson for her work in the state. "Customer service representatives are a vital part of an insurance agency and a key aspect of customers' positive insurance experiences," he said. 'We are proud to honor the professionalism and dedication of Ms. Anderson and pleased she is a member of our organization."
