To process financial lines claims more quickly and efficiently,the AIG Companies have introduced centralized-Customer Link andInformation Management (c-CLAIM).

c-CLAIM will offer a single point of entry for all financiallines claims, including directors and officers, errors andomissions, financial institutions, and fidelity. The workflow willdirect each new notice or claim to the most appropriate claimsprofessional, facilitating client contact and efficientresolution.

“The formation of c-CLAIM is part of our ongoing commitment tooptimize the claims-handling process and provide the higheststandard of service to our clients,” says Michael Smith, president,financial lines claims, AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. “This initiativewill simplify and expedite claims reporting for our brokers andinsureds and improve our ability to acknowledge and service theirclaims promptly.”
