According to a report from the Insurance Bureau of Canada, the1999 and 2000 Honda Civics SiR 2-door are this year's mostfrequently stolen vehicles up north.
The report also noted that the two Honda models had the thirdand fourth highest theft claim costs per vehicle. The highest theftclaim cost per vehicle was the third most frequently stolenvehicle, the 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX/WRX STi 4-doorall-wheel-drive. Data on vehicle theft frequency was based oninsurance claim information collected from companies that writealmost 100 percent of all automobile insurance in Canada.
