Cybersettle, an online dispute resolution tool that facilitates the settlement of claims, has released version 5.0 of its software.

The company shifted platforms from Classic ASP to Microsoft's new ASP.NET platform, making it fully web-service enabled, and contains defined application, transaction, and data layers. It will allow users to support and settle related claims together, share documents online, customize reports, tailor and sort their online display grids to better manage data, receive real-time updates on claims using a settlement ticker, and hand off cases seamlessly to fully trained facilitators to negotiate an outcome offline.

The new reporting system gives users the ability to dynamically drill down by company or by individual user. It also allows users to produce reports and data in Excel sheets, Adobe PDFs, or easily print for offline access.
