The T. Mark Fay Foundation is awarding up to four scholarships valued at $3,000 each to “incredible” college juniors and seniors in an effort to prepare and attract young talent to the claim industry.

According to the T. Mark Fay Foundation, like Disney/ Pixar’s The Incredibles ‘ Mr. Incredible, who became an insurance claim adjuster, today’s adjuster needs to possess near super-human qualities. The company says that a good adjuster is part detective, judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, juror, doctor, author, technician, negotiator, psychologist, and customer – service expert.
