Perhaps the most well-known Spencer scholar is Adam Israelov, a 22-year-old risk manager from Atlanta, Ga., who was one of 18 contestants featured on the fourth season of the hit NBC show, "The Apprentice."

Mr. Israelov was "hand-picked" by Donald Trump for the show and was the youngest contestant. Cast members–ranging in age from 22 to 41–included a Rhodes Scholar, an NFL player and an inventor, according to the foundation.

Mr. Israelov, who now resides in New York, graduated in 2003 at the age of 20 at the top of his class from Georgia State University with a B.B.A., majoring in risk management and insurance. He was awarded a $5,000 scholarship in 2002.
