1. Make the Jury Want to “Right a Wrong”
This suggestion is admittedly borrowed from the noted and acclaimed trial advocacy lecturer, Professor James McElhenny. In order to do this, the jury must be convinced that the defendant has actually — not possibly or theoretically — done something wrong, which harmed your client or insured.
