The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is conducting a Filing and Compliance Symposium for insurance company compliance professionals in Orlando on Feb. 23-24. The symposium will provide current rules, statutes, and the latest information related to company filings. Knowledge gained by attending could make the form- and rate-filing process easier and enable filings to be approved faster.
Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty and key personnel from the Property & Casualty and Life & Health units of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (including actuaries, forms review staff and Executive Management) will be in attendance.
