Harold M. Humphrey, of InSource in Miami, was appointed recently by CFO Gallagher to Florida's Task Force on Long-Term Solutions, a group charged with improving the insurance market. The group's recommendations to the executive and legislative branches will be made prior to the start of the 2006 legislative session.
