As the Dec. 31 expiration date of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act looms, Liberty Mutual has launched a web site aimed at spurring commercial insurance policyholders to take active roles in lobbying for the act’s extension. The insurer suggests that risk managers might use the site to encourage their federal legislators to support TRIA’s extension, or they may choose to distribute the site’s link to help their company’s senior management push for the extension. Others may use the site to involve employees at all levels.
