Claims News Service, Nov. 28, 10:45 a.m. EST — Manufacturers'Qualification and Validation Program, a firm that suppliesqualification and quality assurance tracking systems, has hiredKirk Hansen as director of new business development. In his newposition, Hansen will work with insurance claims and materialdamage executives to promote the use of quality aftermarket partsand manage the needs of collision repairers. He will be based inChicago.
Most recently, Kirk served as vice president of insurerrelations for IMACC. Prior to this, he was director of claims withthe Alliance of American Insurers, a national trade associationrepresenting 340 property/casualty insurance companies.
