Guy Carpenter's Instrat(R) unit has produced the following CAT-ireport on Hurricane Ophelia. Hurricane Ophelia is locatedapproximately 40 miles south-southeast of Wilmington in NorthCarolina and packs sustained winds of around 85 miles per hour.

The eye wall of Hurricane Ophelia continues to hammer thesoutheastern North Carolina coast. Landfall is forecasted for southof the North Carolina Outer Banks on Thursday.
