Guy Carpenter's Instrat(R) unit has produced the following CAT-i report on Hurricane Ophelia. Hurricane Ophelia is located approximately 40 miles south-southeast of Wilmington in North Carolina and packs sustained winds of around 85 miles per hour.
The eye wall of Hurricane Ophelia continues to hammer the southeastern North Carolina coast. Landfall is forecasted for south of the North Carolina Outer Banks on Thursday.
