Laura Joy and Roger Thormahlenwill manage the branch. Prior to joining BSA, Joy worked as a claimdirector at Guaranty Insurance Services and held several positionswith the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission.
Thormahlen previously was a risk manager for the Texas StateOffice of Risk Management in Austin, coordinating the reduction ofworkers' compensation costs with state agencies.
