Brentwood Services Administrators, a brokerage firm in Brentwood, Tenn., recently added three senior claim representatives. Frank Cox, AIC, comes to Brentwood from Traveler's Insurance, where he had worked since 1990, having begun his career there as a claim representative, before being promoted to critical claim specialist handling catastrophic losses.
Candace T. Johnson previously worked for Penn National Insurance in Nashville, managing workers' compensation claims. Before joining BSA, Mary Chambers was a workers' compensation adjuster for Chubb & Son in Atlanta, Ga., where she handled loss-time claims in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
