Marshall and Swift/Boeckh, a provider of building cost data andestimating technology, has promoted Jonathan Kost to vice presidentof claims. While with MS/B, Kost has held positions as claimdirector, analytic manager, and claim manager. He will continue towork from the company's New Berlin, Wis., office.
Kornel Heard has been named director of operations in the ClaimsSolutions Group. Prior to joining the company, Heard was seniorvice president of claims at Balboa Life and Casualty. He also willbe located at the New Berlin office.
