Marsh Ltd. has launched a London-based Public Sector Practice tofocus on the needs of U.K. local authorities, development agencies,and police and fire departments, the company said.
"This new Public Sector Practice is an efficient, cohesive mixof local service and in-depth industry expertise," said Brian Show,Marsh Public Practice Leader.
The UK public sector, particularly at the local level, isundergoing "huge change" and is active in seeking consultancy andother support to help them modernize and achieve the requirementsset by central government, Mr. Shaw added.
