The International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE)said it is rescheduling all of its courses andteleconferences--moving them later in the day to accommodateparticipants in Hawaii.

"Hawaii is an important and established domicile, and we need tobe sure that our offerings are available to members of the captiveand risk management industries who are located there," said MitchCantor, ICCIE executive director. "We have already had someinterest and participation from the islands, and this move shouldexpand the opportunity for increasing Hawaii's presence in theprogram."

Burlington, Vt.-based ICCIE's teleconferences and Webconferences will all start no earlier than 2:30 Eastern time,allowing for Hawaiian participants to join these sessions at thebeginning of their workday, ICCIE said.
